It is a difficult task to delegate to employees. A supervisor can be use to do things his own way and finds it difficult to delegate a task. It is very important to delegate to other employees to achieve the company's goals . Delegating gives the freedom to employees on how they will achieve their goals.
This is one of the things I need to work on. My work load is more that what i can do effectively. I read this article and I thought "I can improve on delegating more responsibilities at work".
