Wow!!! Por donde puedo empesar, la he visto todo el tiempo, sin ir tan lejos esta semana.
queria comentar de ella porque tuve un sueño sobre los jovenes y Dios me lo dio este año.

Es fiel, muy fiel y todo el tiempo.

Cumple lo que dice y realiza nuestros sueños!

New beginning

This is a new beginning. I will try to write and speak my mind to anybody who cares to read. Today i opened my eyes and wondered about things happening in my life. What to expect? Should i just be contempt with what i have in hand. is this the usual thing to do, should i follow the crowd or try to find the unexpected way. Is there more to life than these!!!??



I want to go beyond contempt!!!! I want to live an extraordinary life......

God's love

“I lead them with cord of kindness, with ties of love; with ties of love; I lifted the yoke from their neck and bent down to feed them.”

God’s love for humanity, especially for Israel, is wonderful and I know there is no better love than the love of God. During the whole story of the Bible we can see how graciously he tried to show his love to them. If we narrow down to us or if I may say to me God’s love has been immense for me. He has called me with cord of kindness and has lifted the yoke that was upon me. And yet I have turn from him many times forgetting all the many things he has done for me. Analyzing my actions and God’s love I wonder how God can love me after all I do and what is God asking from me.

difficult task

It is a difficult task to delegate to employees. A supervisor can be use to do things his own way and finds it difficult to delegate a task. It is very important to delegate to other employees to achieve the company's goals . Delegating gives the freedom to employees on how they will achieve their goals.

This is one of the things I need to work on. My work load is more that what i can do effectively. I read this article and I thought "I can improve on delegating more responsibilities at work".

cambios

todo cambia, lo dificil es cuando sucede. Creo que todo cambia, crecemos y cambiamos. Pensamos diferente, actuamos diferente y ya no hacemos lo mismo de siempre. Ahora hacemos las cosas de una forma diferente.

Cambios, porque cambios si ya estabamos bien con todo!!
